Where do you ship?
We ship to eligible addresses throughout Australia using Australia Post. We ship to standard addresses, PO Boxes, and Parcel Lockers.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and posted within 1–2 business days. Australia Post delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is available on all orders over $50 AUD.
How do I track my order?
Tracking information is provided via email once your order has been dispatched by Australia Post.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all manuals and accessories included.
How do I initiate a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For items over $300, we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Are your products genuine?
Yes. All products are hand-picked and thoroughly tested by our team before being listed for sale.
Do you have a physical store?
No. MegaVapes AU is an online-only business. We do not have a storefront or accept in-store visits.
